| 目的 对比观察毫火针治疗阴囊瘙痒症的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择2017年12月至2018年12月中山市中医院、中山市黄圃人民医院及南方医科大学皮肤病医院皮肤科门诊收治的65例阴囊瘙痒症患者作为研究对象，并按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组（34例）与对照组（31例），其中治疗组患者予以枸地氯雷他定胶囊口服联合毫火针治疗，对照组患者单纯予以枸地氯雷他定胶囊口服治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效、健康状况调查简表（SF-36）评分、临床总体印象量表（patient global impression of change，PGIC）评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗4周后，治疗组患者的临床疗效及总体感觉均明显优于对照组（Z=-2.171、-2.189，P=0.030、=0.029）；生理机能、生理职能、躯体瘙痒、情感职能评分均明显高于对照组（t=2.173、2.478、3.411、8.411，P=0.034、0.016、0.001、0.000）；治疗过程中，两组患者均无嗜睡、尿潴留、晕针、皮肤继发感染等不良反应发生。结论 毫火针联合枸地氯雷他定内外合治对阴囊瘙痒症有良好的临床疗效，可明显提高患者的生活质量，临床应用价值较高。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effect of milli?fire needle in treating scrotal pruritus and its influ?ence on patients’ quality of life. Methods Sixty?five patients with scrotal pruritus, admitted to Dermatology Department of Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Affiliated Zhongshan Huangpu Hospital of Guangdong Medical Univer-sity and Dermatology Hospital of Southern Medical University from December 2017 to December 2018, were selected as subjects to be divided, according to the random number table, into a treatment group (34 cases) and a control group (31 cases). Patients in the treatment group were prescribed with oral administration of desloratadine citrate disodium capsules combined with milli?fire needle therapy, whereas patients in the control group were simply given the oral administration of desloratadine citrate capsules. The clinical effect, SF-36 scores, patient global impression of change (PGIC) scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect and PGIC of patients in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group (Z=- 2.171 and - 2.189 respectively, P=0.030 and 0.029 respectively); scores of physical functioning, role-physical, pruritus, role-emotional problem of patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group (t=2.173, 2.478, 3.411 and 8.411 respectively, P=0.034, 0.016, 0.001 and 0.000 respectively). During the course of treatment, no patient in the two groups presented adverse reactions such as drowsiness, retention of urine, needle sickness, or secondary skin infections, etc. Conclusion The external application of milli-fire needle combined with the oral administration of desloratadine citrate in treating scrotal pruritus can realize good clinical effects and significantly improve the quality of life of patients, enjoying a high value of clinical application. |
