| 电击伤康复期出现过敏性紫癜的病例较为少见，特别是发展为过敏性紫癜肾炎的病例更是罕见，本研究通过总结分析1例电击伤康复期过敏性紫癜肾炎患者的治疗经验，推测烧伤治疗过程中出现的瘢痕增生可能会导致过敏性紫癜甚至过敏性紫癜肾炎的发生，应在患者出现血尿、蛋白尿等症状后尽早行肾穿刺活检明确诊断，并及时予以科学有效的治疗。 |

| The occurrence of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, especially Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, during the recovery period of electric injury is very rare. In this study, by analyzing the experience of treating one patient with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis during the recovery period of electric injury, it is speculated that scar hyperplasia formed during the treatment of the burn injury may lead to development of Henoch-Schonlein purpura or even Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, so renal needle biopsy should be performed as early as possible to make clear diagnosis when symptoms such as hematuria and proteinuria appear, based on which scientific and effective treatments should be given promptly. |
