          目的 回顾性分析封闭负压辅助闭合技术联合皮瓣移植治疗骶尾部藏毛窦术后创面的临床效果。方法 给予2014年9月至2018年5月喀什地区第一人民医院外科收治的30例骶尾部藏毛窦患者切除包含窦口及窦道在内的全部病变组织后,创面填塞、覆盖负压引流敷料,并用4号丝线缝扎固定后予以半透膜封闭,连接负压装置进行持续引流,待引流液清亮或无引流液时行皮瓣移植封闭创面;创面封闭后,继续予以封闭负压辅助闭合技术治疗,观察创面愈合时间及复发情况。结果 30例患者创面均完全愈合,愈合时间为11~21 d[(14.37±4.32)d];出院后随访6个月,所有患者均未复发。结论 封闭负压辅助闭合技术联合皮瓣移植可有效促进骶尾部藏毛窦术后创面愈合,疗效显著,且复发率低,临床应用价值较高。

          Objective: To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of vacuum-assisted closure technique combined with skin flap transplantation in treating pilonidal sinus at the sacrococcygeal region. Methods: Thirty patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus admitted to the Surgery Department of Kashgar Prefecture First People’s Hospital between September 2014 and May 2018 were given the removal of lesion tissues including sinus ostium and sinus tract, followed by the packing and covering with dressings for drainage. The surgical wounds were sutured with No. 4 silk thread and covered with semi-permeable membrane to connect the negative pressure device for continuous drainage. When the fluid was clear or there was no fluid flowing out, skin flap transplantation was performed to close the wound, and then the vacuum-assisted closure technique was continued to observe the wound healing time and relapse condition. Results: The wounds of the 30 patients were all healed completely, and the healing time was 11-21 d[(14.37±4.32)d]. During the follow-up of six months after discharge, no relapse was observed in all patients. Conclusion: The combined application of vacuum-assisted closure technique and skin flap transplantation can effectively promote the wound healing of pilonidal sinus at the sacrococcygeal region, and the clinical efficacy was significant and the relapse rate was lower, presenting a much high value of clinical application.
