| 【摘要】目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗骨盆周围创面的临床疗效。方法 给予2016年6月至2019年6月徐州仁慈医院收治的36例骨盆周围创面患者负压封闭引流技术治疗，待创面肉芽组织生长良好后直接缝合或行植皮、皮瓣转移封闭创面，观察治疗效果。结果 36例患者创面肉芽组织生长良好时间为（14.2±3.6）d，行游离皮片移植修复者14例、远处皮瓣转移修复者6例、局部皮瓣转移修复者16例，术后治疗（29.5±2.5）d后皮瓣成活良好，创面完全愈合。结论 负压封闭引流技术可有效促进骨盆周围创面的再生修复，为后期的创面封闭奠定良好的基础，疗效显著，临床应用价值较高。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of wounds around pelvis. Methods Thirty-six patients with wounds around pelvis, admitted to Xuzhou Renci Hospital from June 2016 to June 2019, were treated with vacuum sealing drainage. After granulation tissues grew well, the wounds were sealed by suturing，skin grafting or flap transfer. The treatment effect was observed. Results The time for wounds to have well-grown granulation tissues in the 36 patients was (14.2±3.6) d. 14 cases were given free skin flap grafting, 6 cases underwent distal skin flap transfer, and the other 16 cases received local skin flap transfer. The skin flaps survived well (29.5±2.5) days after the operations, and the wounds were healed completely. Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage can effectively promote the regenerative repair of wounds around the pelvis, thus laying a good foundation for later wound closure, presenting a high value of clinical application. |
