【摘要】目的 研究分析幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染性胃溃疡患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1,TIMP-1)与炎症评分的相关性。方法 选取2017年9月至2019年9月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的125例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,收集患者性别、年龄、Hp感染情况、胃镜及病理组织学检查结果、炎症评分以及血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平等病历资料,根据Hp感染情况,将83例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者设为Hp感染组,42例非Hp感染性胃溃疡患者设为非Hp感染组,对比两组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及炎症评分,分析Hp感染性胃溃疡患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1与炎症评分的相关性。结果 Hp感染组患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及炎症评分均明显高于非Hp感染组(t=6.440、6.941、4.417,P均=0.000);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,Hp感染性胃溃疡患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平与炎症评分呈正相关性(r=0.712、0.703,P均=0.000)。结论 Hp感染性胃溃疡患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平及炎症评分均明显高于非Hp感染性胃溃疡患者,Hp感染性胃溃疡患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平与炎症评分呈正相关性,以MMP-9、TIMP-1为作用靶点防控Hp感染性胃溃疡具有较高的研究价值。 |

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the correlation between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase -1 (TIMP-1) and inflammation score in patients with helicobacter pylori (Hp) infected gastric ulcers. Methods One hundred and twenty-five patients with gastric ulcers, admitted to The Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from September 2017 to September 2019, were selected as research subjects. Their data, including gender, age, Hp infection condition, results of gastroscopy and histopathological examination, inflammation scores, and serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 levels were collected. Based on the Hp infection condition, 83 gastric ulcer patients with Hp infection were set as Hp infection group and 42 patients without Hp infection as non-Hp infection group. Serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 levels and inflammation scores were compared between the two groups to analyze the correlation between serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 levels and inflammation scores in patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer. Results The serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 levels and inflammation scores in the Hp infection group were significantly higher than that in the non-Hp infection group (t=6.440, 6.941 and 4.417 respectively, all P=0.000). The analysis of Pearson's correlation coefficient showed positive correlation between serum MMP-9, TIMP-1 levels and inflammation scores in patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer (r=0.712 and 0.703 respectively, both P=0.000). Conclusion The serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels, and inflammation scores in the Hp infection group were significantly higher than that in the non-Hp infection group, and the serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels of patients with Hp infected gastric ulcers are positively correlated with their inflammation scores, and thus using MMP-9 and TIMP-1 as targets to prevent and control Hp-infected gastric ulcer has a high value of research. |
