| 目的 探讨分析多项技术联合治疗Ⅳ期压疮伴复杂窦道的临床疗效，总结成功经验。方法 对2018年1月至2020年1月中铁十二局集团中心医院收治的16例Ⅳ期压疮伴复杂窦道患者实施外科清创、烧伤创疡再生医疗技术、负压封闭引流等多项技术联合治疗，观察治疗效果。结果 16例患者的18处创面均完全愈合，创面愈合后随访6～12个月，所有患者均无压疮复发。结论 多技术联合治疗可有效克服Ⅳ期压疮伴复杂窦道的治疗难点，加快创面愈合，实用性强，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of multiple techniques in the treatment of stage IV pressure ulcer combined with complex sinus, and to summarize useful experience. Methods Sixteen patients with stage IV pressure ulcers and complex sinus, admitted to China Railway 12th Bureau Group Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020, were selected as research subjects. Multiple techniques, including surgical debridement, MEBT/MEBO, and vacuum sealing drainage were performed to observe the treatment effect. Results Eighteen wounds of the 16 patients were healed completely. During the 6-12 month follow-up, no relapse of pressure ulcer was found in all the patients. Conclusion The combined application of multiple techniques can help overcome treatment difficulties of stage IV pressure ulcers with complex sinus and accelerate wound healing, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice given its high practicability. |
