目的 观察分析湿润烧伤膏治疗包皮整形术后切口糜烂的临床效果。方法 选取2016年1月至2019年12月威海市立医院烧伤整形外科收治的30例包皮整形术后切口糜烂患者作为研究对象,并按照不同治疗方法将其分为试验组(15例)与对照组(15例),其中试验组患者外用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,对照组患者外用凡士林油纱换药治疗,对比两组患者局部疼痛情况、感染情况和切口愈合时间。结果 试验组患者疼痛评分为(3.07±1.09)分,明显低于对照组患者的疼痛评分(5.33±1.04)分(t=5.810,P<0.001);切口愈合时间为(5.73±1.10)d,明显短于对照组患者的切口愈合时间(8.33±1.35)d(t=5.783,P<0.001);治疗过程中,试验组患者感染发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组患者的感染发生率53.33%(χ2=7.778,P=0.005)。结论 湿润烧伤膏可有效降低包皮整形术后切口糜烂患者的切口疼痛程度,降低感染率,加快切口愈合,值得临床推广应用。 |

【Abstract】Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of incision erosion after the foreskin plastic surgery. Methods Thirty patients with incision erosion after the foreskin plastic surgery, admitted to Burns and Plastic Surgery Department of Weihai Municipal Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019, were selected as research subjects and were divided, according to the different treatments they received, into an experiment group (15 cases) and a control group (15 cases). Patients in the experiment group were given the dressing change with MEBO, while patients in the control group received the dressing change with Vaseline gauze. Local wound pain, infection condition and incision healing time were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score of patients in the experiment group was (3.07±1.09) points, which was significantly lower than (5.33±1.04) points in the control group (t=5.810, P<0.001). The incision healing time in the experiment group was (5.73±1.10) d which was obviously shorter than (8.33±1.35) d in the control group (t=5.783, P<0.001). During the course of treatment, the incidence of infection in the experiment group was 6.67% which was markedly lower than 53.33% in the control group (χ2=7.778, P=0.005). Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of incision erosion following the foreskin plastic surgery can effectively relieve the incision pain of patients, decrease the infection rate and speed up the healing of incision, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
