| 目的 探讨音乐疗法对带状疱疹患者疼痛程度的影响。方法 采用随机数表法将2017年10月至2019年10月北京市宣武中医医院外科收治的60例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组患者行抗病毒、营养神经、炉甘石清洗、红光照射等常规治疗及护理，观察组患者在对照组常规治疗及护理的基础上联合应用音乐疗法，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估两组患者治疗第3、7天的疼痛程度，并对比两组患者疼痛缓解情况。结果 治疗第3、7天，两组患者疼痛评分均逐渐降低，且观察组明显低于对照组（t=2.135、3.138，P=0.037、0.003）。结论 在常规治疗及护理的同时联合应用音乐疗法可有效减轻带状疱疹的疼痛程度，效果明显优于单独应用常规治疗及护理，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of music therapy on the pain caused by herpes zoster. Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster, admitted to Department of Surgery of Xuanwu TCM Hospital Beijing from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided, according to the random number table, into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional treatments and nursing care, such as antiviral therapy, neurotrophic treatment, calamine washing and red light irradiation. In addition to the above treatments and care, the patients in the observation group received music therapy. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients in the two groups on day 3 and 7 of treatment. Pain alleviation was compared between the two groups. Results On day 3 and 7 of treatment, the pain scores in the two groups all showed gradual decrease, and the pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (t=2.135, 3.138, P=0.037, 0.003). Conclusion The combined application of music therapy with conventional treatments and nursing care can reduce the pain of patients with herpes zoster and its effect is significantly better than that of the conventional treatment plus nursing care. |
