目的分析西医对症治疗结合中药汤剂熏洗治疗烧伤后湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2019年11月开州区人民医院收治的90例烧伤后湿疹患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法将其分为试验组（45例）和对照组（45例），对照组患者皮损部位根据具体病情予以炉甘石洗剂、1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏、醋酸曲安奈德乳膏或硼酸与氧化锌硫软膏治疗，试验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上予以中药汤剂熏洗，观察并对比两组患者治疗2周后的临床疗效。结果治疗2周后，试验组患者中显效38例、有效5例、无效2例，总有效率为95.56%，明显优于对照组的显效27例、有效6例、无效12例，总有效率73.33%（Z=-2.787，P=0.005）。结论西医对症治疗结合中药汤剂熏洗治疗烧伤后湿疹，可有效改善皮损症状，明显提高临床疗效，值得临床借鉴应用。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the symptomatic treatment with Western medicine combined with the fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment post-burn eczema. Methods Ninety patients with post-burn eczema, admitted to the People’s Hospital of Kaizhou District from February 2018 to November 2019, were selected as the research subjects and then divided into an experiment group (45 cases) and a control group (45 cases) based on different treatment protocols. The skin lesions of the patients in the control group, based on concrete conditions, were treated with Calamine Lotion, 1% Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream, Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate cream or Boric Acid and Zinc Oxide Sulfur Ointment. In contrast, in the experiment group, in addition to above treatments, the skin lesions of patients were fumigated and washed with a TCM decoction. The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared after 2 weeks of treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in the experiment group was 95.56% with 38 cases markedly effective, 5 cases effective, and 2 cases ineffective, which was obviously better than 73.33% in the control group with 27 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective and 12 cases ineffective (Z=-2.787, P=0.005). Conclusion In the treatment of post-burn eczema, the symptomatic treatment with Western medicine combined with the fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can effectively ameliorate the symptoms of skin lesions, bringing about good therapeutic effect.
