目的 对比分析烧伤创疡再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)联合脂肪源性干细胞治疗慢性难愈合创面的疗效。方法 选取2017年9月至2019年8月郑州人民医院收治的72例慢性难愈合创面患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组(36例)与对照组(36例),其中研究组患者采用MEBT/MEBO联合脂肪源性干细胞治疗局部创面,对照组患者单纯采用MEBT/MEBO治疗局部创面,对比观察治疗第4、8周时两组患者的临床疗效及创面最终愈合时间。结果 治疗第4周,研究组患者中创面痊愈5例、显效19例、有效10例、无效2例,明显优于对照组患者的创面痊愈1例、显效9例、有效12例、无效14例(Z=-3.832,P<0.001)。治疗第8周,研究组患者中创面痊愈26例、显效7例、有效3例,明显优于对照组患者的创面痊愈8例、显效11例、有效17例(Z=-4.463,P<0.001)。最终两组患者创面均完全愈合,其中研究组患者创面愈合时间为(39.85±22.48)d,明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(67.66±31.89)d(t=4.277,P<0.001)。结论 MEBT/MEBO联合脂肪源性干细胞可有效促进慢性难愈合创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,提高临床治疗效果。 |

【Abstract】Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO combined with adipose-derived stem cells in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds. Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic refractory wounds,admitted to People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from September 2017 to August 2019,were selected as the research subjects to be divided,according to the random number table,into a study group (36 cases) and a control group (36 cases). The patients in the study group were treated with MEBT/MEBO combined with adipose-derived stem cells,while the patients in the control group were treated with MEBT/MEBO only. The clinical efficacy at week 4 and 8 of treatment and the final wound healing time were observed and compared between the two groups. Results At week 4 of treatment,5 cases were cured,19 cases showed markedly effective,10 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective in the study group,which was significantly better than that in the control group (1 case cured,9 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective and 14 cases ineffective. Z=-3.832,P<0.001). At week 8 of treatment,26 cases were cured,7 cases presented markedly effective and 3 cases effective in the study group,much better than 8 cases cured,11 cases markedly effective,and 17 cases effective in the control group (Z=-4.463,P<0.001 ). In the end,the wounds of patients in the two groups were all healed completely. The wound healing time in the study group was (39.85±22.48) d,which was significantly shorter than (67.66±31.89) days in the control group (t=4.277,P<0.001). Conclusion MEBT/MEBO combined with adipose-derived stem cells can effectively promote the healing of chronic refractory wounds and shorten the wound healing time,improving clinical curative effect. |
