目的探讨中药口服联合中药汤剂熏洗治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月开州区人民医院收治的72例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组36例。观察组患者采用中药口服联合中药汤剂熏洗治疗，对照组患者单纯采用中药口服治疗，对比观察两组患者临床疗效及中医证候评分变化情况。结果治疗2周及治疗1个月后，两组患者的中医证候评分均明显降低，但观察组患者的中医证候评分均明显低于对照组（t=4.895、13.662，P均＜0.001）。治疗1个月后，观察组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组（Z=-2.857，P=0.004）。结论中药口服联合中药汤剂熏洗能够较好地改善糖尿病足患者的临床症状，加快创面愈合，提高临床疗效，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with the fumigation and washing with Chinese herb decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Seventy-two patients with diabetic foot，admitted to the People’s Hospital of Kaizhou District from October 2018 to October 2019，were selected as research subjects. According to different treatments they received，the subjects were divided into an observation group and a control group，with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with the oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with the fumigation and washing with Chinese herb decoction. In contrast，patients in the control group were treated with the oral administration of Chinese medicine only. The clinical efficacy and the changes of TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups. Results The TCM syndrome scores declined significantly in the two groups both after two weeks and after one month of treatment，，but the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (t=4.895，13.662，both P<0.001). After one month of treatment，the clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group (Z=-2.857，P=0.004). Conclusion The oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with the fumigation and washing with Chinese herb decoction can greatly ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic foot，speed up wound healing，and improve clinical efficacy. The treatment protocol is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
