| 给予2019年10月9日收治的1例高龄糖尿病足患者在积极治疗原发疾病、改善微循环、营养神经等综合治疗的同时，局部创面外用湿润烧伤膏治疗，治疗22 d时，创面明显缩小，患者出院，并于门诊继续换药治疗。出院后18 d随访，创面基本愈合，愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生。 |

| 【Abstract】One elderly patient with diabetic foot was admitted to The Third Xiangya Hospital of Central SouthUniversity on October 9，2019. In addition to comprehensive treatments，such as targeting actively primary diseases，improving microcirculation，and nourishing nerves，etc.，MEBO was used to manage the local wound. After 22 days of treatment，the wound area reduced significantly and the patient was discharged from the hospital，and the dressing change was continued in outpatient clinic. The 18-day follow-up showed that the wound was healed basically and no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed on the healed skin. |
