| 对 2020 年 2 月赣州东河医院外科收治的 1 例双足跟烫伤患者采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术 （MEBT/ MEBO） 联合自体富血小板血浆 （PRP） 治疗。 治疗第 21 天，创面明显缩小，患者出院。 出院后 1 个月随访，创 面愈合良好，愈后皮肤感觉正常、 弹性较好、 无明显瘢痕增生，皮下组织丰满。 |

| 【Abstract】 One case with scalds on both heels was admitted into the Surgery Department of Ganzhou Donghe Hospital in February 2020. The patient was treated with MEBT/ MEBO plus the autologous platelet rich plasma （PRP） ther? apy. On day 21 of treatment，the wounds were decreased obviously and the patient was discharged from the hospital. The follow?up of one month after discharge found that the wound healed well and the healed skin had normal sensation and good elasticity. No visible hypertrophic scar was observed，and the subcutaneous tissues were plump. |
