| 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗指尖离断伤的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年1月北大医疗鲁中医院收治的65例成年指尖离断伤患者作为研究对象，并将采用湿润烧伤膏治疗的30例患者设为观察组，采用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗的35例患者设为对照组，对比观察两组患者创面愈合时间及临床疗效。结果 观察组患者创面愈合时间为（21.15±3.22）d，明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间（30.05±4.25）d（t=9.387，P＜0.001）。3个月后随访，观察组患者中有效26例、好转3例、无效1例，总有效率为96.7%，明显优于对照组患者的有效18例、好转10例、无效7例，总有效率80.0%（Z=-3.040，P=0.002）。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗指尖离断伤，有助于伤指的原位再生修复，最大程度保留伤指外观及功能，提高患者生活质量。 |

| 【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of fingertip severed injury. Methods Six-five adult patients with severed fingertips admitted into PKUcare Luzhong Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects，of which 30 patients receiving the treatment with MEBO were set as the observation group，and the other 35 patients undergoing the treatment with Silver Sulfadiazine Cream were set as the control group. The wound healing time and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The wound healing time in the observation group was (21.15±3.22) d，which was obviously shorter than (30.05±4.25) d in the control group (t=9.387，P <0.001). At the three-month follow-up after discharge，the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%，with 26 cases effective，3 cases improved and 1 case ineffective，which was significantly better than 80.0% in the control group with 18 cases effective，10 cases improved and 7 cases ineffective (Z=-3.040，P=0.002) . Conclusion: In the treatment of fingertip severed injury，MEBO can help the in situ regenerative restoration of the injured fingers，and maximally retain their appearance and function，improving the quality of life of such patients. |
