          【摘要】 目的 研究分析多层螺旋 CT 三维重建及 Cardiac 1 预设重建对肋软骨骨折的诊断价值? 方法 选取2018年1月至2020年6月汝州市第一人民医院收治的57例疑似肋软骨骨折患者作为研究对象,对骨折部位采用多层螺旋CT进行成像, 并分别采用三维重建及 Cardiac 1预设重建进行诊断, 对比分析两种检查方式对肋软骨骨折的检出情况? 结果 Cardiac 1预设重建成像对肋软骨骨折的检出率及骨折分型诊断的正确率均为 100% , 显著高于三维重建的43.16%及80.49%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2 =75.441?23.978, P 均<0.001); Cardiac 1预设重建成像对肋软骨骨折分型诊断的灵敏度?特异度及准确度均明显高于三维重建? 结论 多层螺旋CT Cardiac 1预设重建对肋软骨骨折具有较高的诊断价值?

          【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the diagnostic values of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction and Cardiacl preset reconstruction in costal cartilage fracture. Methods Fifty-seven patients with suspected costal cartilage fracture, admitted to the First People's Hospital of Ruzhou from January 2018 to June 2020, were selected as research subjects. The fracture sites were imaged with multi-slice spiral CT, and three-dimensional reconstruction and Cardiacl preset reconstruction were used for diagnosis. The detection results of the two methods on costal cartilage fracture were compared and analyzed. Results The detectable rate of costal cartilage fracture and the diagnosed accuracy of fracture classification were both 100% with the method of Cardiacl preset reconstruction, being significantly higher than the corresponding 43.16% and 80.49% with the method of three-dimensional reconstruction, and the differences between them were statistically significant(χ2 =75.441, 23.978, P <0.001). In terms of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in determining the classification of costal cartilage fractures, the Cardiacl preset reconstruction was much superior to the three-dimensional reconstruction. Conclusion Compared with the three-dimensional reconstruction, the Cardiacl preset reconstruction has higher diagnostic value in costal cartilage fracture.
