| 【摘要】 目的 研究胃苏颗粒与四联疗法联合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp) 感染性胃溃疡的临床效果? 方法 选取2018年2月至2019年2月天津市武清区人民医院收治的72例Hp感染性胃溃疡患者作为研究对象, 按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组36例? 对照组患者行以质子泵抑制剂(PPI)为主的四联疗法治疗, 观察组患者在四联疗法的基础上联合应用胃苏颗粒治疗, 对比两组患者的临床疗效? 中医证候评分及复发情况? 结果 治疗 6 周后, 观察组患者治疗总有效率为 97.22% , 明显高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率 86.11%(Z =-2.358, P = 0.018); 疗程结束后随访6个月, 观察组复发率为5.56% , 与对照组复发率 13.89% 无明显差异(χ 2 = 1.424, P = 0.233); 治疗后, 观察组患者中医证候胃脘胀痛?痛窜两胁?情志不畅?嗳气评分均明显低于对照组(t = 5.972? 14.280? 8.601? 11.490, P 均 < 0.001)? 结论 与单纯应用PPI为主的四联疗法相比, 胃苏颗粒联合四联疗法治疗Hp感染性胃溃疡更有利于Hp转阴, 促进溃疡愈合, 且复发率更低, 效果更加明显? |

| 【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical effect of Weisu granules combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infected gastric ulcer. Methods Seventy-two patients with Hp infected gastric ulcers, admitted to Wuqing People Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019, were selected as research subjects and divided, according to the random number table, into an observation group and a control group, with 36 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received the proton pump inhibitor(PPI) based quadruple therapy, whereas in the observation group, in addition to the quadruple therapy, patients were given the oral administration of Weisu granules. The clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome scores and relapse condition were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.22%, significantly higher than 86.11% in the control group(Z=-2.358, P=0.018). During the follow-up six months after the treatment, the relapse rate was 5.56% in the observation group, which showed no significant difference as compared with 13.89% in the control group(χ2=1.424, P=0.233). After the treatment, the scores of such TCM symptoms as gastral cavity distending pain, pain cross through both sides of the chest, emotional depression and belching of patients in the observation group were all significantly lower than that in the control group(t=5.972, 14.280, 8.601 and 11.490, all P<0.001). Conclusion In the treatment of Hp infected gastric ulcer, compared with the single application of the PPI-based quadruple therapy, the combined application of Weisu granules and the quadruple therapy can realize better curative effect since it is more conducive to the positive-to-negative conversion of Hp and faster ulcer healing, with a lower relapse rate. |
