| 【摘要】 成批烧伤是一种特殊的急性灾害性创伤，往往伤情严重、救治困难，严重影响了人们的生命健康，百年来随着科学技术的不断发展，各项政策法规的逐步出台，成批烧伤救援指挥系统不断完善、救援仪器设备不断充足、救援人员专业素质不断提高, 使成批烧伤的应急救援效率和救治效果得到了大幅度提升，但仍存在烧伤专业人才储备薄弱、应急救援人员能力有待提升、个性化应急救援指挥系统尚不完善等不足，相信在党和政府的领导之下，其救援系统、救援装备、救援人员专业素质必将更加完善、出色, 能够更加高效地应对每一次突发事件? |

| 【Abstract】 Mass burns are a special kind of acute catastrophic trauma, often with the characteristics of serious traumatic condition and great treatment difficulties, seriously affecting people’s life and health. With the continuous development of science and technology and the gradual introduction of various policies and regulations over the past one hundred years, the rescue command system of mass burns has been constantly improved, rescue equipment has become more adequate, the professional quality of rescue personnel has enhanced continuously, and thus the efficiency and effect of emergency response, rescue and treatment have been greatly improved though there are still drawbacks in this field such as inadequate reserve of professionals, weak capacity of emergency rescue personals, imperfect personalized emergency rescue command system and so on. It is believed that under the leadership of the Party and the government, the rescue system, rescue equipment, professional quality of rescue personnel will become more improved, getting ready to efficiently respond to any emergency. |
