          【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏联合远红外线治疗头颈部放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效? 方法 选取2016年10月至2019年10月临沂市第三人民医院及沂南县中医医院收治的128例头颈部恶性肿瘤放射治疗过程中出现Ⅱ~Ⅳ级急性放射性皮肤损伤的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组64例,研究组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合远红外线治疗局部皮损创面,对照组患者采用常规碘伏消毒治疗局部皮损创面,对比两组患者临床疗效及皮损创面愈合时间? 结果 治疗第7天,研究组患者中治愈58例、 有效6例,总有效率为100% ,明显优于对照组的治愈40例、有效11例、无效13例,总有效率79.7% ( Z =- 3.960, P<0.001)? 研究组患者皮损创面愈合时间为 (6.2±0.6)d,明显短于对照组患者的皮损创面愈合时间 (10.6±0.8) d (t = 35.200, P< 0.001)? 结论 湿润烧伤膏联合远红外线可显著缩短头颈部恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗诱发的皮肤损伤创面愈合时间, 提高创面治疗效果。

          【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of MEBO combined with far infrared ray in treating radiation?induced skin injury on head and neck. Methods One hundred and twenty?eight patients with malignant tumours on heads and necks, who were admitted to Linyi Third People’s Hospital and Yinan Hospital of Chinese Medicine from October 2016 to October 2019 and developed acute radiation?induced skin injury of grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ during the radiotherapy, were selected as research subjects to be divided, according to the random number table, into a study group and a control group, with 64 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were treated with MEBO combined with far infrared ray, whereas patients in the control group with the conventional disinfection with povidone iodine solution. The curative effect and skin lesion healing time of patients were compared between the two groups. Results On day 7 of treatment, there were 58 cases cured, 6 cases showed effectiveness, and the total effective rate was 100% in the study group, which was significantly better than the control group ? 40 cases cured, 11 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective and the 79.7% total effective rate (Z= - 3.960, P < 0.001). The wound healing time of skin lesions in the study group was (6.2 ± 0.6) days, which was significantly shorter than (10.6±0.8) days in the control group (t = 35.200, P < 0.001). Conclusion MEBO combined with far infrared ray can substantially shorten the healing time of skin lesions induced by radiotherapy in patients with malignant tumours on heads and necks, improving the curative effect of such wounds.
