【摘要】 目的 对比分析烧伤创疡再生医疗技术 (MEBT/ MEBO) 联合异种 (猪) 脱细胞真皮基质敷料治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果? 方法 选取2014年12月至2018年12月楚雄彝族自治州人民医院收治的分别采用 MEBT/ MEBO 联合异种(猪) 脱细胞真皮基质敷料治疗的25例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者(设为观察1组)以及采用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合凡士林油纱治疗的25例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者(设为观察2组)作为研究对象, 对比观察两组患者创面愈合时间、疼痛程度及创面感染情况?结果 观察1组患者创面愈合时间为 (14.48±0.87) d,明显短于观察2组患者的创面愈合时间 (18.12±0.73) d (t =16.025, P< 0.001)? 治疗第1、4、7、10天,观察1组患者创面疼痛程度均明显轻于观察2组(t =12.314、2.587、4.957、3.145,P = 0.000、0.013、0.000、0.003);治疗第4、7天,观察1组患者创面分泌物细菌培养阳性例数明显少于观察2组(χ2 = 5.333、5.711,P =0.021、0.017)? 结论 MEBT/ MEBO 联合异种(猪)脱细胞真皮基质敷料可明显减轻深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面疼痛程度,抑制创面感染,缩短创面愈合时间,疗效显著。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of the regenerative medical technology for burns, wounds and ulcers (MEBT/ MEBO) combined with xenogeneic ( porcine) acellular dermal matrix dressings in the treatment of deep second degree burns. Methods Fifty patients with deep second degree burns, admitted to The People’s Hospital of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture from December 2014 to December 2018, were selected as research subjects, of which 25 patients received the treatment of MEBT/ MEBO combined with xenogeneic ( porcine) acellular dermal matrix dressings (set as observation group 1), and the other 25 patients were treated with Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with Vaseline gauze (set as observation group 2). The wound healing time, pain degree and wound infection condition of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time in the observation group 1 was (14.48 ± 0.87) d,which was significantly shorter than (18.12 ± 0.73) d in the observation group 2 (t = 16.025, P < 0.001). On day 1, 4, 7, and 10 of treatment respectively, the wound pain degrees in the observation group 1 were all significantly lower than that in the observation group 2 (t = 12.314, 2.587, 4.957 and 3.145, P = 0.000, 0.013, 0.000 and 0.003). On day 4 and 7 of treatment, the number of patients with positive bacterial culture results of wound secretions in the observation group 1 was significantly less than that in the observation group 2 (χ2 = 5.333 and 5.711, P = 0.021 and 0.017). Conclusion MEBT / MEBO combined with xenogeneic (porcine) acellular dermal matrix dressing can significantly reduce the pain degree of wounds in patients with deep second degree burns, inhibit wound infection and shorten wound healing time, achieving ood curative effect. |
