【摘要】 目的 回顾性对比分析烧伤创疡再生医疗技术在乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死防治中的应用效果?
方法 选取2016年8月至2019 年8月河南科技大学第四附属医院收治的76例行乳腺癌根治术且术后切口分别采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术及康复新联合龙血竭治疗的女性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象, 按照术后切口治疗方法将采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗的 38 例患者设为再生换药组,采用康复新联合龙血竭治疗的 38 例患者设为联合换药组,对比分析两组患者皮瓣坏死发生情况、治疗第14天的切口愈合等级以及切口愈合时间。 结果 再生换药组患者皮瓣坏死率明显低于联合换药组 (χ2 = 5. 067,P = 0. 024),治疗第 14 天的切口愈合等级明显优于联合换药组 (Z = - 2. 682,P = 0. 007),切口总愈合时间及皮瓣坏死切口愈合时间均明显短于联合换药组 ( t = 2. 163、4. 070,P = 0. 034、0. 001)。结论 烧伤创疡再生医疗技术可有效防治乳腺癌根治术后皮瓣坏死,缩短切口愈合时间,提高切口愈合质量,临床应用价值较高。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the effect of MEBT/ MEBO in the prevention and treatment of
skin flap necrosis after radical mastectomy. Methods The selected subjects were seventy?six female patients who underwent radical mastectomy and whose postoperative incisions were managed with MEBT/ MEBO or Kangfuxin Solution combined with Long Xue Jie (Resina Draconis) between August 2016 and August 2019. Based on the management methods of postoperative incisions, 38 patients treated with MEBT/ MEBO were set as the regeneration group whereas the other 38 patients with Kangfuxin Solution in combination with Long Xue Jie were set as the combination group. The occurrence of skin flap necrosis, healing grade on day 14 of treatment and healing time of incisions were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The skin flap necrosis rate of patients in the regeneration group was significantly lower than that in the combination group (χ2 = 5. 067, P = 0. 024), and the healing grade of incisions on day 14 of treatment was also obviously better in the regeneration group as compared with that in the combination group (Z = - 2. 682, P = 0. 007). Besides, the total healing time of incisions and the healing time of incisions with skin flap necrosis in the regeneration group were bothsignificantly shorter than that in the combination group ( t = 2. 163 and 4. 070, P = 0. 034 and 0. 001) . Conclusion MEBT/ MEBO can effectively prevent skin flap necrosis after radical mastectomy, shorten the healing time of incision, and improve the quality of the incision healing, presenting a high value of clinical application. |
