【摘要】目的探讨湿润烧伤膏在肛周坏死性筋膜炎术后创面中的应用效果? 方法选取 2017 年 7 月至 2020 年 7 月辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院和中国医科大学附属第四医院收治的 60 例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法将其随机分为观察组 (30 例) 与对照组 (30 例)? 观察组患者术后创面采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗，对照组患者术后创面采用凡士林油纱换药治疗，对比观察两组患者创面愈合率及疼痛程度变化情况。结果术后 14、21、28 d，观察组患者创面愈合率均明显高于对照组 (t = 2. 587、3. 170、4. 068，P = 0. 012、P = 0. 020、P < 0. 001)；术后 7、14、21 d，观察组患者创面疼痛程度均明显低于对照组 ( t = 2. 034、2. 187、 2. 442，P = 0. 046、0. 033、0. 018)。结论湿润烧伤膏可有效促进肛周坏死性筋膜炎术后创面愈合，缓解创面疼痛，临床应用价值较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of MEBO in treating postoperative wounds of perianal necrotizing fasciitis. Methods Sixty patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis, admitted to The Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from July 2017 to July 2020, were selected as research subjects to be divided, according to the random number table, into an observation group (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases). The postoperative wounds of patients in the observation group were treated with the dressing change of MEBO, whereas the wounds in the control group with the dressing change of Vaseline gauze. The wound healing rate and pain degree of patients were compared between the two groups. Results On day 14, 21, and 28 post?operation, the wound healing rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlgroup (t = 2. 587, 3. 170 and 4. 068, P = 0. 012, P = 0. 020, P < 0. 001). On day 7, 14 and 21 post?operation, the wound pain degree of patients in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group (t = 2. 034, 2. 187 and 2. 442, P = 0. 046, 0. 033 and 0. 018). Conclusion MEBO can effectively promote the postoperative wound healing of perianal necrotizing fasciitis and relieve wound pain, presenting a high value of clinical application.
