| 【摘要】 近年来，“疾病化”的慢性难愈合创面日益高发，人们对创面的高水平治疗需求日益增长。基于此，在党和政府的引领、支持下，创面修复学科建设得以 “中西医协同”、快速高质量发展， 在人才培养、 科学研究、临床实践、诊疗模式革新等方面均取得了佳绩。作为一门新兴学科， 其具有强大的生命力和远大的发展前景，但其发展建设仍有待进一步探索和完善。故本文对我国创面修复事业近年来的部分探索、实践及取得的成绩做一简要回顾和总结，并进一步分析和展望我国创面修复学科建设未来发展的关键要点和方向，以期不断完善学科建设，造福人民。 |

| 【Abstract】 In recent years, incidence of chronic hard-to-heal wounds has been rising and people’s demand for highlevel wound treatments has been increasing. In this context，under the leadership and support of the Party and the government，the discipline of wound repair realized fast and high-quality development with the integration of western and traditional medicine in personnel training, scientific research，clinical practice，and innovation of diagnosis and treatment models，etc. As an emerging discipline, it has strong vitality and great prospects，but its development needs to be further explored and improved.Therefore，this article briefly reviewed some exploration，practices and achievements in wound repair in recent years，analyzed and further envisioned its future development key points and direction in China，in hope of continuously improving this discipline to benefit people. |
