          【摘要】 目的 对比分析西瓜霜喷剂与西地碘含片治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法 选取 2018 年 5 月至 2019 年 5 月沈阳七三九医院收治的 72 例口腔溃疡患者作为研究对象, 并按照随机数表法将其随机分为西瓜霜组 和西地碘组, 每组 36 例? 西瓜霜组患者采用西瓜霜喷剂治疗, 西地碘组患者采用西地碘含片治疗, 对比两组患者分泌型免疫球蛋白 A (SIgA) 及免疫球蛋白 G (IgG) 水平变化情况、临床疗效、 不良反应以及复发情况。结果 治疗后, 两组患者唾液内 SIgA 水平较治疗前均明显升高, IgG 水平较治疗前均明显降低 ( SIgA: t = 17.896、9.610,P均< 0.001,IgG: t = 21.134、10.930,P 均 < 0.001),且治疗后西瓜霜组患者唾液内 SIgA 水平明显高于西地碘组,IgG 水平明显低于西地碘组 ( t = 8.116、15.517,P 均 < 0.001);治疗期间, 西瓜霜组患者均未出现不良反应, 西地碘组患者不良反应发生率为 2.78%,两组间无明显差异 (χ2 = 1.014,P =0.314);随访 1 年, 西瓜霜组患者中显效 13 例、有效 19 例、无效 4 例, 明显优于西地碘组患者的显效 8 例、 有效 17 例、无效 11 例 (Z = - 1.971,P = 0.049)?西瓜霜组患者复发率为 2与西地碘组患者的复发率 13无明显差异 ( χ2=2 .909,P= 0.088)。结论 与西地碘含片相比, 西瓜霜喷剂可增加口腔溃疡患者唾液内 SIgA 水平, 降低 IgG 水平, 改善患者机体免疫功能, 提高治疗效果。

          【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Watermelon Frost Spray and Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in the treatment of oral ulcers. Methods 72 patients with oral ulcers, admitted to Shenyang 739 Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019, were enrolled, and divided, using random number table, into Watermelon Frost group (n = 36) and Cydiodine group (n = 36). Changes of secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) and immunoglobulin G (IgG), clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and relapse were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the SIgA level in saliva of patients in both groups increased significantly and the IgG level dropped significantly as compared with their corresponding levels before treatment (SIgA: t = 17.896 and 9.610,both P< 0.001;IgG: t = 21.134 and 10.930, both P< 0.001)moreover, the SIgA level in saliva of patients in Watermelon Frost group was markedly higher, and the IgG level was markedly lower than Cydiodine group ( t = 8.116 and 15.517,both P< 0.001).During the course of treatment, no adverse reaction was observed in Watermelon Frost group, while the rate of occurrence of adverse reaction in Cydiodine group was 2.78%,no significant difference between the two groups was observed (χ2 = 1.014,P =0.314).At one?year follow?up, in Watermelon Frost group, the treatment was markedly effective in 13 cases, effective in 19 cases, and ineffective in 4 cases, which was obviously superior to Cydiodine group (Z = - 1.971,P = 0.049).in which the treatment was markedly effective in 8 cases, effective in 17 cases and ineffective in 11 cases. Recurrence rate was 2.78%in watermelon frost group and 13.89%in cydiodine group, no statistically significant difference was observed ( χ2=2 .909,P= 0.088).Conclusion Compared with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets, Watermelon Frost Spray increased the SIgA level and decreased the IgG level in saliva of patients with oral ulcers, improved patients’ immune functions and clinical efficacy.
