| 【Abstract】 One patient with pretibial skin necrosis caused by drug extravasation was treated with dressing change of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) on the basis of systemic comprehensive treatments including infection control and nutritional support. After 41 days of treatment, the wound was completely healed, and the healed skin showed no obvious scar hyperplasia. |
