| 【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析股前外侧皮瓣治疗严重肘部软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 选取2015年6月至2018年12月安阳市人民医院收治的10例行股前外侧皮瓣修复且随访时间在10个月以上的急性肘部软组织损伤患者作为研究对象，总结分析患者皮瓣修复方式、皮瓣面积、皮瓣存活情况及肘关节功能。结果 10例患者中8例患者单纯采用股前外侧皮瓣进行修复，2例患者采用股前外侧皮瓣联合股直肌肌腱瓣进行修复；皮瓣面积为120～540 cm2, 平均为255 cm2; 所有患者皮瓣均完全成活；随访10个月, 10例患者中肘关节功能评定为优者4例、良者3例、可者3例，优良率为70%。结论 采用股前外侧皮瓣修复肘部软组织缺损，术后皮瓣成活率较高，肘关节功能恢复良好，且供区较为隐蔽，患者易于接受。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of anterolateral thigh flap in the treatment of severe elbow soft tissue defects. Methods 10 patients with acute soft tissue injuries in elbow were selected to analyze their flap repair method, flap size, survival rate of flap and elbow joint function. All 10 patients had undergone anterolateral thigh flap repair in Anyang People’s Hospital between June 2015 and December 2018 and been followed up for more than 10 months. Results 8 of the 10 patients were repaired with anterolateral thigh flap alone, and the other 2 patients with antero?lateral thigh flap combined with rectus femoris muscle flap. Flap size was 120 - 540 cm2 , with a mean size of 255 cm2 .Flaps of all patients survived. At 10-month follow-up, elbow joint function of 4 patients were evaluated as excellent, 3 asgood and 3 as fair, and the excellent and good rate was 70%.Conclusion Using anterolateral thigh flap in repairing elbow soft tissue defects has high flap survival rate, good recovery of the elbow joint function and much less exposed donor site,being easily accepted by patients. |
