          【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析超脉冲CO2 点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年6月至2019年6月商丘市立医院收治的78例面部凹陷性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,观察组患者采用超脉冲CO2 点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组患者采用超脉冲CO2 点阵激光联合局部冷敷治疗,对比两组患者痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)变化情况、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗结束1个月后,观察组患者ECCA评分为(15.36 ± 7.89)分,显著低于对照组患者的ECCA 评分(20.36 ±6.78) 分(t =3.002,P=0.004);观察组患者中痊愈21例、显效17例、无效1例,明显优于对照组患者的痊愈14例、显效19例、无效6例(Z = -1.976, P =0.048);治疗期间,观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.13%,与对照组患者不良反应发生率12.82%无明显差异(χ2=1.412,P=0.235)。结论 超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合湿润烧伤膏治疗面部凹陷性瘢痕,可明显提高临床治疗效果,改善瘢痕程度,临床应用价值较高。

          【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of ultrapulse CO2 fractional laser combined with MEBO in the treatment of depressed facial scars. Methods 78 patients with depressed facial scars admitted to Shan?gqiu Municipal Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled, and divided into observation group (n = 39) and control group (n = 39) according to the treatment methods they received. Patients in observation group were treated withultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with MEBO, whereas the control group were treated with ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with local cold compress. The changes of ECCA grading scale, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results One month after treatment, the ECCA score in observation group was (15.36±7.89) points, significantly lower than (20.36±6.78) points of the control group (t =3.002, P =0. 004). In observation group, 21 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective and 1 case was ineffective, the efficacy was significantly better than control group (Z = -1.976, P =0.048), in which 14 cases were cured, 19 cases were markedly effective and6 cases were ineffective. During the course of treatment, in observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.13%, showing no statistically significant difference as compared with 12.82% of control group (χ2 = 1.412, P =0.235). Conclusion The combined application of ultra-pulse CO2fractional laser and MEBO has high clinical value in the treatment of depressed facial scars by significantly improving the clinical efficacy and status of scarring.
