          【摘要】 粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF) 作为一种多功能造血因子,可刺激造血前体细胞增殖、分化,并促进其向外周转移;作为重要的炎症细胞趋化和活化因子,可刺激上皮细胞?成纤维细胞等创面修复细胞的增殖、分化以及血管内皮生长因子等相关生长因子的分泌,调控创面修复,与创面愈合过程密切相关。且近年来部分研究显示,GM-CSF在慢性难愈合创面的修复中取得了一定的临床疗效。基于此,为进一步指导GM-CSF在慢性难愈合创面中的治疗,本文对其应用研究进展予以综述。

          【Abstract】Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF),a multifunctional hematopoietic factor,can stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells,and promote their peripheral migration. As an important chemotacticactivating factor of inflammatory cells,GM-CSF can stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of cells playing a role in wound repair including epithelial cells and fibroblasts and the secretion of some growth-related factors including vascular endothelial growth factors, to regulate the process of wound repair,which is closely associated with wound healing. In recent years,some studies have shown that GM-CSF has certain clinical efficacy in repairing chronic refractory wounds. Based on this,this article made a review on the research progress of GM-CSF in repairing chronic refractory wounds for its better application in clinical practice.
