| 【摘要】 目的 探讨分析痔科消炎止痛洗剂对混合痔术后肛门疼痛及肛缘水肿的影响。方法 选取2019 年9 月至2020 年7 月湖北省中医院收治的60 例拟行外剥内扎术治疗的混合痔患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组30 例，两组患者均于术后第1 天予以奥硝唑抗感染等基础治疗，术后第2天在常规治疗基础上治疗组患者肛门局部创面予以痔科消炎止痛洗剂熏洗治疗，对照组患者肛门局部创面予以高锰酸钾熏洗治疗，对比两组患者术后肛门疼痛情况、肛缘水肿情况以及患者满意度。结果 治疗7 d 后，治疗组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS) 评分为(1.71 ± 1.28) 分，明显低于对照组患者的VAS 评分(4.02 ± 1.49) 分(t =6.441，P < 0.001)； 肛缘水肿评分为(1.53 ± 1.98) 分，明显低于对照组患者的肛缘水肿评分(3.07 ±2.24) 分(t =2. 821，P =0.006)。治疗组患者满意29 例、不满意1 例，明显优于对照组患者的满意16 例、不满意14 例(Z = -3.843，P <0..001)。结论 在常规抗感染等治疗基础上应用痔科消炎止痛洗剂熏洗治疗肛门局部创面，可有效降低混合痔术后肛门疼痛程度及肛缘水肿程度。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong Lotion on relieving anal pain and edema of crissum after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids, admitted to Hubei Hospital of Chinese Medicine to receive Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy from September 2019 to July 2020, were enrolled and divided into treatment group (n =30) and control group (n =30) using random number table. Patients in both groups were given routine treatments such as administration of ornidazole for infection control on day one after surgery. On day 2 after surgery, based on the routine treatments, the local wounds of patients in treatment group were treated with fumigation and washing of Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong Lotion, whereas the local wounds of patients in control group were treated with fumigation and washing of potassium permanganate. The anal pain, edema of crissum and patient’s satisfaction after surgerywere compared between the two groups. Results After 7 days of treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score in treatment group was (1.71 ± 1.28) points, significantly lower than (4.02 ± 1.49) points in control group (t = 6.441, P <0.001)； the score of edema of crissum in treatment group was (1.53 ±1.98) points, lower than (3.07 ±2.24) points in control group (t =2. 821, P =0.006). In treatment group, 29 patients were satisfied and 1 patient was dissatisfied with the efficacy, significantly better than control group (Z = - 3.843, P < 0.001) in which 16 patients were satisfied and 14 patients were dissatisfied. Conclusion In addition to routine treatments including anti-infection, using Zhike Xiaoyan Zhitong Lotion to fumigate and wash local anal wounds can effectively reduce patients’ anal pain and edema of crissum following mixed hemorrhoid surgery. |
