【摘要】目的对比分析口腔溃疡含片与口腔溃疡散治疗Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年7月沈阳七三九医院收治的200例Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡患者作为研究对象，并按照随机数表法将其随机分为含片组与散剂组，每组100例，含片组患者采用口腔溃疡含片治疗，散剂组患者采用口腔溃疡散治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、溃疡愈合时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗7 d后，含片组患者中显效83例、有效15例、无效2例，明显优于散剂组患者的显效70例、有效17例、无效13例（Z=-2.412，P=0.016）；含片组患者溃疡愈合时间为（5.25±1.39）d，明显短于散剂组患者的溃疡愈合时间（10.88±2.02）d（t=22.960，P＜0.001）；治疗期间，含片组患者不良反应发生率为3.00%，与散剂组患者不良反应发生率2.00%无明显差异（2=0.205，P=0.651）。结论与口腔溃疡散相比，口腔溃疡含片可明显提高Ⅲ期复发性阿弗他溃疡患者的临床疗效，缩短溃疡愈合时间。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of oral ulcer buccal tablet and oral ulcer powder in the treatment of stage Ⅲ recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods 200 patients with stage Ⅲ recurrent aphthous ulcers, admitted to Shenyang 739th Hospital from June 2019 to July 2020, were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using random number table, into buccal tablet group (n = 100) treated with oral ulcer buccal tablets, and powder group ( n = 100) treated with oral ulcer powder. The clinical efficacy, healing time of ulcer wounds and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 days of treatment, the treatment was markedly effective in 83 cases, effective in 15 cases, and ineffective in 2 cases in buccal tablet group, much better than powder group (Z =-2.412,P=0.016) in which the treatment was markedly effective in 70 cases, effective in 17 cases, and ineffective in 13 cases. The healing time of ulcer wounds in buccal tablet group was (5.25±1.39)days, much shorter than (10.88±2.02) days in powder group (t=22.960,P＜0.001). During the course of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in buccal tablet group was 3.0%,which showed no significant difference as compared with 2.0% in powder group (2=0.205,P=0.651).Conclusion Compared with oral ulcer powder, oral ulcer buccal tablet is better in improving the therapeutic effects of patients with stage Ⅲ recurrent aphthous ulcers and shortening the healing time of ulcer wounds, presenting a much high value of clinical application.
