| 【摘要】 目的 观察湿润烧伤膏治疗冻伤创面的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月至2021年1月北京市宣武中医医院收治的60例冻伤患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组（30例）与对照组（30例），治疗组患者局部冻伤处采用湿润烧伤膏治疗，对照组患者局部冻伤处采用乳酸依沙吖啶溶液治疗，对比观察两组患者临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗15 d后，治疗组患者中痊愈25例、有效5例，明显优于对照组患者的痊愈17例、有效13例（Z=-2.235，P=0.025）。治疗组患者创面愈合时间为（10.23±4.77）d，明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间（14.01±4.98）d（t=3.002，P=0.004）。结论 湿润烧伤膏能有效促进冻伤创面愈合，缩短创面愈合时间，疗效显著。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating second degree frostbite. Methods 60 patients with second degree frostbite, admitted to Xuanwu TCM Hospital Beijing from January 2017 to January 2021, were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using random number table, into treatment group (n =30) and control group (n =30).Frostbite in treatment group was treated with MEBO, whereas frostbite in control group was treated with Ethacridine Lactate Solution. The clinical efficacy and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results After 15 days of
treatment, 25 cases were cured and 5 cases were effective in treatment group, much better than control group (Z = -2.235,P =0.025) in which 17 cases were cured and 13 cases were effective. The wound healing time in treatment group was(10.23±4.77) days, much shorter than (14.01±4.98) days in control group (t=3.002, P=0.004). Conclusion MEBO can effectively promote the wound healing of second degree frostbite, and thus shortening the wound healing time.Given its good clinical efficacy, MEBO has a high value of application in clinical practice. |
