| 【摘要】 目的 分析探讨湿润烧伤膏联合康复新液治疗肛瘘术后创面的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年4月湖北省中医院收治的60例低位单纯性肛瘘患者作为研究对象，并按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组（30例）与对照组（30例），治疗组患者肛门瘘管切除术后创面行湿润烧伤膏联合康复新液治疗，对照组患者肛门瘘管切除术后创面行凡士林联合康复新液治疗，对比观察两组患者术后创面水肿、pH值变化情况以及腐肉完全脱落时间和创面愈合时间。结果 术后第7、15天，治疗组患者创面水肿评分及pH值均明显低于对照组（术后第7天：t=3.086、2.138，P=0.003、0.037；术后第15天：t=4.931、2.819，P＜0.001、P=0.007）；治疗组患者腐肉完全脱落时间为（4.10±1.14）d、创面愈合时间为（23.22±2.90）d，明显短于对照组患者的腐肉完全脱落时间（4.85±1.20）d、创面愈合时间（25.10±2.83）d（t=2.482、2.541，P=0.016、0.014）。结论 湿润烧伤膏联合康复新液可降低肛瘘术后创面水肿程度，加快创面腐肉脱落，缩短创面愈合时间，值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with Kangfuxin Solution in treating postoperative wounds of anal fistula. Methods 60 patients with low-position simple anal fistula, admitted to Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2019 to April 2020, were enrolled as the research subjects and divided, using random number table, into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). After anal fistula resection, the wounds in treatment group were treated with MEBO in combination with Kangfuxin Solution, whereas the wounds in control group were treated with Vaseline in combination with Kangfuxin Solution. The postoperative wound edema score, changes of wound pH value, time of complete exfoliation of necrotic tissues and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results On day 7 and day 15 after operation, the wound edema score and pH value in treatment group were significantly lower than control group (day 7: t =3.086 and 2.138, P =0.003 and 0.037; day 15: t =4.931 and 2.819, P <0.001,P =0.007); time of complete exfoliation of necrotic tissues and wound healing time in treatment group were (4.10 ±1.14) days and (23.22±2.90) days respectively, which were significantly shorter than the corresponding (4.85±1.20) daysand (25.10±2.83) days in control group (t =2.482 and 2.541, P =0.016 and 0.014). Conclusion MEBO combined with Kangfuxin Solution can reduce the degree of wound edema after anal fistula resection, accelerate the time of complete exfoliation of necrotic tissues and shorten the wound healing time, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
