          【摘要】 目的 探讨创疡再生医疗技术联合自体微粒皮种植治疗Wagner 5级糖尿病足的临床效果。方法 给予2017年11月至2019年11月中铁十二局集团有限公司中心医院收治的33例Wagner 5级糖尿病足患者于蚕食清创术后采用创疡再生医疗技术联合自体微粒皮种植治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 33例患者中除1例患者未愈出院外, 其余32例患者创面均完全愈合,愈合时间为77~104 d,平均88 d,且治疗过程中均未发生创面感染,随访1年均未复发、愈后患足功能良好。结论 创疡再生医疗技术联合自体微粒皮种植能够有效促进Wagner 5级糖尿病足创面愈合,最大限度保留患足功能,疗效显著。

          【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers combined with autologous microskin implantation in the treatment of diabetic foot of Wagner grade 5. Methods 33 patients with diabetic foot of Wagner grade 5, admitted into China Railway 12th Bureau Group Central Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019, were treated with the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers and autologous microskin implantation after encroached debridement.The treatment effect was observed. Results Of the 33 patients,except 1 patient who discharged from the hospital with unhealed wounds, the rest 32 patients all realized complete woundhealing.The healing time ranged from 77 to 104 days, with an average of 88 days. No wound infection occurred during the course of treatment. During one-year follow-up, no relapse was found and the affected feet recovered well functionally.Conclusion The regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers combined with autologous microskin implantation can greatly promote the wound healing of diabetic foot of Wagner grade 5 and maximally retain the functions of the affected foot, and the clinical efficacy is definite.
