| 【摘要】 给予2021年4月7日湖南中医药大学第二附属医院创面修复科收治的1例臀部Ⅳ期压疮患者局部创面采用创疡再生医疗技术及负压封闭引流技术序贯治疗。治疗34 d后，创面肉芽组织与皮面基本平齐，于局麻下行带蒂复合组织瓣成形术及拉拢缝合术封闭创面。术后15 d，创面完全愈合，皮下组织饱满。 |

| 【Abstract】 One patient with stage Ⅳ pressure ulcer at hips was treated with the sequential application of the regen-erative medical technology for wounds and ulcers and vacuum sealing drainage in Department of Wound Repair,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine after admission on April 7,2021.After 34 days of treatment when the granulation tissues were almost at the same level as the normal skin surface,pedicled composite tissue flap plasty and stretch suture were performed under local anesthesia to close the wound, and 15 days later, the wound was healed completely,fully filled with subcutaneous tissues. |
