| 【摘要】 目的 分析湿润烧伤膏治疗剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的临床效果?方法 选取2019年6月至2021年3月商丘市第四人民医院收治的66例剖宫产术后切口愈合不良患者作为研究对象，并按照随机数表法将其随机分为研究组与对照组，每组33例，研究组患者局部切口采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗，对照组患者局部切口采用常规外科换药治疗，对比两组患者切口愈合时间及切口愈合等级。结果 研究组患者切口愈合时间为(6.50±1.26) d, 明显短于对照组患者的切口愈合时间(7.81±1.87) d (t= 3.337, P= 0.001)；研究组患者中切口乙级愈合30例、丙级愈合3例，明显优于对照组患者的切口乙级愈合22例、丙级愈合11例(Z =-2.390, P =0.017)。结论 与常规外科换药相比，湿润烧伤膏可有效缩短剖宫产术后愈合不良切口的愈合时间，提高切口愈合质量，疗效更显著，临床应用价值更高。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO in the treatment of poor incision healing after cesarean section. Methods 66 patients with poor incision healing after cesarean section, admitted into The Fourth People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from June 2019 to March 2021, were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using the random number table，into study group (n=33)and control group (n=33).The local incisions of patients in study group were treated with dressing change of MEBO, whereas the local incisions of patients in control group were treated with conventional dressing change. The incision healing time and incision healing grade were compared between the two groups. Results The incision healing time of patients in study group was (6.50±1.26) d，much shorter than (7.81±1.87)d in control group (t=3.337，P=0.001). 30 realized grade B healing and 3 cases grade C healing in study group，significantly better than control group (Z=-2.390，P=0.017) where 22 cases realized grade B healing and 11 cases grade C healing.Conclusion Compared with conventional dressing change, dressing change of MEBO is better in shortening the healing time of poorly-healed incisions after cesarean section and improving incision healing quality，and the curative effects are better, presenting a much high value of clinical application. |
