【摘要】 目的 分析探讨不同浓度曲安奈德局部注射在面部瘢痕疙瘩手术切除术后的应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2019年12月开封市中心医院收治的44例面部瘢痕疙瘩患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为高浓度组与低浓度组,每组22例。高浓度组患者于瘢痕疙瘩切除术后予以高浓度曲安奈德(40 mg/ml)局部注射治疗,低浓度组患者于瘢痕疙瘩切除术后予以低浓度曲安奈德(20 mg/ml)局部注射治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 术后12个月随访,高浓度组患者治愈14例、显效6例、无效2例,明显优于低浓度组患者的治愈7例、显效10例、无效5例(Z = -2.101,P=0.036);术后, 高浓度组患者出现局部疼痛9例、色素沉着1例,明显高于低浓度组患者出现的局部疼痛2例(χ2 =7.333, P=0.007)。结论 与低浓度曲安奈德相比,高浓度曲安奈德可明显提高瘢痕疙瘩切除术后患者的临床疗效。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of applying topical injection of triamcinolone acetonide at different concentrations in postoperative wounds of facial keloid resection. Methods 44 patients with facial keloids admitted into Kaifeng Central Hospital between January 2015 and December 2019 were enrolled as research subjects and divided into high concentration group (n=22) and low concentration group (n=22) using the random number table. Patients in high con-centration group were given topical injection of triamcinolone acetonide at a high concentration (40 mg/ml) after keloid resection, whereas patients in low concentration group, after keloid resection, received topical injection of triamcinolone acetonide at a low concentration (20 mg/ml). Clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The follow-up 12 months after surgery found that 14 cases were cured, 6 cases were markedly effective and 2 cases were ineffective in high concentration group, which was significantly better than low concentration group (Z=-2.101, P=0.036) -7 cases were cured, 10 cases were markedly effective and 5 cases were ineffective. After surgery, 9 cases suffered local pain and 1 case developed hyperpigmentation in high concentration group, which wasobviously worse than low concentration group with only 2 cases developed local pain (χ2=7.333, P=0.007). Conclusion High-concentration triamcinolone acetonide, as compared with low-concentration triamcinolone acetonide, can better improve the clinical efficacy of treating postoperative wounds of keloid resection. |
