          【摘要】 目的 对比分析膨体聚四氟乙烯与硅胶在隆鼻术中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年9月至2019年9月郑州美莱医疗美容医院收治的150例拟行隆鼻术治疗者作为研究对象,按照植入材料的不同将其分为乙烯组(79例)与硅胶组(71例)。乙烯组研究对象隆鼻术中采用膨体聚四氟乙烯植入,硅胶组研究对象隆鼻术中采用硅胶植入,对比两组研究对象鼻部塑形指标、鼻翼软骨夹角降低度及鼻尖至两鼻翼顶点连线距离增加度?以及术后1年内并发症发生情况与研究对象满意情况?结果 术后2个月,两组研究对象鼻根高、鼻面角、鼻尖角以及鼻额角均无明显差异(t=0.205、0.566、0.325、0.071, P=0.838、0.572、0.746、0.943);术后1年,乙烯组研究对象鼻根高、鼻面角、鼻尖角均高于硅胶组(t=3.732、7.647、3.457,P均<0.001),鼻额角低于硅胶组(t=2.000,P=0.047),鼻翼软骨夹角降低度小于硅胶组(t=9.415,P<0.001),鼻尖至两鼻翼顶点连线距离增加度高于硅胶组(t=29.579,P<0.001)?术后1年内乙烯组研究对象并发症发生率为3.80%,明显低于硅胶组研究对象的并发症发生率12.68%(χ2 =4.005,P=0.045);乙烯组研究对象总满意度为89.87%,明显优于硅胶组研究对象的总满意度49.30% (Z=- 4.586,P<0.001)。结论 与硅胶填充相比,在隆鼻术中填充膨体聚四氟乙烯的塑形效果更好,满意度更高,且安全可靠。

          【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE) and silica gel in rhinoplasty. Methods 150 individuals, admitted into Zhengzhou Mylike Medical Cosmetic Hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 for rhinoplasty, were enrolled as research subjects, and divided, based on the type of implants, into ethylene group (n=79) and silica gel group (n=71). Subjects in ethylene group were implanted e-PTFE, whereas subjects in silica gel group were implanted silica gel. Nasal plastic indicators, decrease of nasal alar cartilage angle, increase in the distance between nasal tip and line connecting two apexes of ala nasi, the incidence of complications within 1 year after surgery, and subjects’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results 2 months after surgery, no significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of height of nasion, nasal facial angle, nasal tip angle and nasofrontal angle (t=0.205,0.566,0.325 and 0.071, P =0.838,0.572,0.746 and 0.943). One year after surgery, compared with silica gel group, the height of nasion was higher (t=3.732, P<0.001), nasal facial angle and nasal tip angle were larger (t=7.647 and 3.457, both P<0.001), nasofrontal angle was smaller (t=2.000, P=0.047), decrease degree of nasal alar cartilage angle was smaller (t=9.415, P<0.001), and increase degree in the distance between nasal tip and line connecting two apexes of ala nasi was larger (t=29.579, P<0.001) in ethylene group.Within 1 year after surgery, the incidence of complications in ethylene group was 3.80%, significantly lower than 12.68% in silica gel group (χ2=4.005, P=0.045). The total satisfaction degree of subjects in ethylene group was 89.87%, much higher than 49.30% in silica gel group (Z=-4.586, P<0.001). Conclusion Compared with silica gel filling, e-PTFE filling in rhinoplasty can realize better plastic effects and secure high subjects’ satisfaction. Moreover, it is safer and more reliable.
