| 【摘要】 药疮交互是中药外用作用于疮疡后，药物与疮疡之间发生的相互影响。近年来研究学者发现，除偎脓长肉是药疮交互作用的典型体现外，在疮疡初起期、成脓期和溃后期的护场、给邪出路、去腐生肌、化腐再生、肌平皮长等理论指导下，不同外治方法和外用药物与创面均存在着药疮交互作用。本研究主要探讨不同外治理论指导下的药疮交互作用及可能的基础研究方向，以期为新药研发、老品种药物的改革提供理论依据。 |

| 【Abstract】 Drug-wound interaction is the interaction between drugs and wounds after external application of traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, researchers have discovered that, in addition to the therapy of wound-pus promoting granulation tissue growth a typical representation of drug-wound interaction, there are other kinds of drug-wound interactions occurring between different external treatments, external drugs and wounds under the guidance of such theories as‘Hu-Chang’ theory, giving pathogen a way out, removing necrotic tissues and promoting granulation growth, Huafu Zaisheng(Resolving necrotic tissues for granulation growth), proper growth of granulation tissue promotes epithelium growth at the initial stage, suppuration stage and late stage of ulcers and wounds. This study mainly discussed the drug-wound interaction and its possible research direction under the guidance of different external treatments, in hope of providing a theoretical basis for the research and development of new medicines and for the upgrade of Chinese medicines with old dosage forms. |
