          【摘要】 目的 探讨唑来膦酸联合复方骨肽在老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折术后的应用效果? 方法 选取2017年7月至2019年4月安阳市人民医院收治的60例老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者作为研究对象, 按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组, 每组 30 例, 观察组患者采用唑来膦酸联合复方骨肽治疗, 对照组患者单纯采用唑来膦酸治疗, 对比两组患者骨密度以及骨钙蛋白 (BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶 (BALP) 水平变化情况? 结果 治疗3个月后, 观察组患者腰椎、大转子、髋骨骨密度以及 BGP、BALP 水平均明显高于对照组 ( t = 14.541、8.915、3.995、3.048、3.118, P<0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001、P = 0.003、P = 0.002), 但股骨颈骨密度与对照组无明显差异 (t = 0.286, P = 0.775)? 结论 唑来膦酸联合复方骨肽能够明显提高老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折术后患者的骨密度, 改善骨代谢水平, 值得临床推广应用?

          【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zoledronic Acid combined with Compound Ossotide in the postoperative wounds of osteoporotic vertebral fracture in elderly patients. Methods Sixty elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures, admitted to The People’s Hospital of Anyang City from July 2017 to April 2019, were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using random number table, into observation group ( n = 30) and control group ( n = 30).Patients in observation group were treated with Zoledronic Acid combined with Compound Ossotide, whereas patients in control group were treated with Zoledronic Acid only. The changes of bone mineral density (BMD), osteocalcin (BGP) and bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the BMD of lumbar vertebra, greater trochanter and hip bone, and levels of BGP and BALP in observation group were all much higher than that in control group (t = 14.541, 8.915, 3.995, 3.048 and 3.118, P<0.001, P<0.001, P<0.001, P =0.003, P = 0.002), but no statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in term of BMD of femoral neck ( t = 0.286, P = 0.775). Conclusion Zoledronic Acid combined with Compound Ossotide can significantlyimprove the bone mineral density of elderly patients who have undergone surgery for osteoporotic vertebral fractures and enhance their bone metabolism, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
