【摘要】 创面愈合是机体对各种有害因素引起的组织细胞损伤的一种防御性和适应性反应。 大量研究表明,成纤维细胞作为创面修复的关键参与者,其增殖、迁移、激活和凋亡在创面修复过程中发挥着重要作用。革兰氏阴性菌是感染性创面的常见菌种,脂多糖作为革兰氏阴性菌细胞壁外壁的主要成分之一,低浓度时可诱导成纤维细胞增殖分化,促进创面愈合,而高浓度时除可造成成纤维细胞异常分泌合成细胞外基质蛋白导致增生性瘢痕形成外,还可抑制成纤维细胞增殖而影响创面愈合。本文主要对脂多糖与成纤维细胞在创面修复中的作用机制予以综述,旨在为创面治疗新方法的创立提供思路和帮助。 |

【Abstract】 Wound healing is a defensive and adaptive response of human body to tissue cell damage caused by various harmful factors. Studies have shown that fibroblasts are key players in wound repair, and their proliferation, migration, activation and apoptosis play important roles in the process of wound repair. Gram-negative bacteria are very common on infectious wounds. Lipopolysaccharide, as one of the main components of the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria,can induce the proliferation and differentiation of fibroblasts and promote wound healing when it is at a low concentration.But if it is at a high concentration, it can cause fibroblasts to abnormally secrete and synthesize extracellular matrix proteins,leading to the formation of hypertrophic scars, and can also inhibit the proliferation of fibroblasts and further affect wound healing. This study mainly reviews the mechanism of action of lipopolysaccharide and fibroblasts in wound repair, so as to provide new ideas for wound treatment. |
