| 【Abstract】 A diabetic patient with chronic refractory wounds of lower extremities after arterial balloon catheter-directed embolectomy for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans, admitted into The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in October 2020, was treated with the combined therapy of MEBO dressing change, vacuum sealing drainage plus Chinese herb decoction. The wounds were completely healed on day 100 of treatment. |
