【摘要】 目的 研究探讨补肾活血汤治疗髋部骨折术后肾虚血瘀证的临床效果。 方法 选取 2018 年 4 月至2021 年 2 月嵩县人民医院收治的 122 例髋部骨折术后肾虚血瘀证患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组 (61例)和对照组(61例),对照组患者予以常规处理,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合服用补肾活血汤,对比观察两组患者碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平、中医症候积分以及髋关节功能。 结果 治疗2个月后,观察组患者ALP水平以及 Harris 评分中疼痛程度、功能、畸形、髋关节活动度评分均明显高于对照组 (t =5.979、5.726、7.586、6.225、8.000,P 均 <0.001),中医证候积分明显低于对照组 (t = 4.490,P < 0.001)。结论 补肾活血汤可明显改善髋部骨折术后肾虚血瘀证患者的临床症状,促进骨折断端新骨再生,加快髋关节功能恢复。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction (TCM preparation of nourishing kidney and activating blood circulation) in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after surgery for hip fracture. Methods 122 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after surgery for hip fracture, admitted to Songxian People’s Hospital from April 2018 to February 2021, were enrolled and divided into study group (n = 61) and control group (n = 61) using the random number table. Patients in control group were given routine treatment, whereas patients in study group, besides the same routine treatment performed in control group, were given Bushen Huoxue Decoction. The levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), TCM syndrome scores and hip joint function were compared between the two groups. Results After 2 months of treatment, the ALP level and Harris scores of pain, function, deformity, and hip joint range of motion in observation group were significantly higher compared with control group (t =5.979, 5.726, 7.586,6.225, 8.000, all P < 0.001) and the TCM syndrome score was obviously lower than control group (t = 4.490, P <0.001). Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after surgery for hip fracture, promote the regeneration of new bones at the fractured site,and accelerate the restoration of hip joint functions. |
