| 【摘要】 近年来, 随着我国 “疾病型” 慢性难愈合创面的日益频发以及对创面修复理论与实践的不断研究, 创面修复学科应运而生, 并在党和政府的领导与支持下, 相关基础研究、临床技术应用、人才培养与专科建设等取得了令人瞩目的成绩, 但其作为一门新兴学科, 如何强化科研水平、优化学科交叉、更好地融汇中西医学理论、做好 “医企合作” 利益平衡等仍需进一步深入研究探讨。本文对近十年来我国创面修复学科的建设、成就以及存在的问题进行简要回顾和总结, 以期推动创面修复学科的蓬勃发展。 |

| 【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increasing occurrence of debilitating chronic refractory wounds and the gradual advancement of theories and practice on wound repair in China, the discipline of wound repair came into being. Under the leadership and support of the Party and the Government, outstanding achievements have been reached in the discipline of wound repair in respect of relevant basic study, clinical application, talent culture, and specialty development. However, as an emerging discipline, it still needs to be further explored in many regards including enhancement of scientific research level, optimization of interdisciplinary collaboration, better integration of Western and Chinese medical theories, and benefit balance during the “hospital-pharma cooperation”, etc. In this context, this article briefly reviewed the achievements and existing problems during the development course of wound repair discipline in the past ten years, in hope of promoting the vigorous development of this discipline to benefit more people. |
