          【摘要】 目的 分析湿润烧伤膏、纳米银医用抗菌敷料、自体微粒皮种植等多技术联合治疗泛耐药菌感染性创面的临床效果。方法 给予2017年1月至2019年12月北京市丰台区中医医院 (北京市丰台区南苑医院) 收治的 13 例泛耐药菌感染性创面患者采用湿润烧伤膏、纳米银医用抗菌敷料、自体微粒皮种植等多技术联合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果 13例患者中除1例患者放弃治疗、2例患者因多器官功能衰竭死亡外,其余10例患者创面分别于治疗第35~240天完全愈合;创面愈合后随访6个月,所有患者愈后皮肤均生长良好,可见浅表性瘢痕。结论 湿润烧伤膏、纳米银医用抗菌敷料、自体微粒皮种植等多技术联合治疗泛耐药菌感染性创面,可明显改善细菌耐药情况,促进创面愈合,疗效确切,临床应用价值较高。

          【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of a combined therapy of MEBO, nano silver medical antibacterial dressing, autologous microskin grafting and etc. in treating wounds infected with pandrug-resistant bacteria. Methods 13 patients with pandrug-resistant bacteria infected wounds, admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Beijing Fengtai Nanyuan Hospital) from January 2017 to December 2019, were treated with the combined application of MEBO, nano silver medical antibacterial dressing, autologous microskin grafting and etcclinical efficacy was observed. Results Among the 13 patients, one gave up the treatment, two died of multiple organ failure, and the left 10 patients realized complete wound healing in 35-240 days of treatment. During the six-month follow-up, all the healed skin in the 10 patients grew well with superficial scar hyperplasia. Conclusion The combination application of MEBO, nano silver medical antibacterial dressing, autologous microskin grafting and etcinfected with pandrug-resistant bacteria can greatly improve curative effect on the drug resistance of bacteria, promote wound healing, and realize definite curative effect.
