| 【摘要】 目的 探讨自体富血小板凝胶联合湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年2月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的78例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象，并按照不同治疗方法将其分为观察组(39例)与对照组(39例)，观察组患者局部创面采用自体富血小板凝胶联合湿润烧伤膏治疗, 对照组患者局部创面单纯采用自体富血小板凝胶治疗, 对比观察两组患者临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果 治疗1个月后，观察组患者中痊愈9例、显效17例、有效10例、无效3例，明显优于对照组患者的痊愈4例、显效10例、有效20例、无效5例(Z = - 2.534，P = 0.011)，观察组患者创面愈合时间为(35.52±5.31)d明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(46.34±6.84)d(t = 7.803，P＜0.001)。结论 自体富血小板凝胶联合湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病足, 可明显缩短创面愈合时间, 提高临床疗效, 应用价值较高。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of autologous platelet-rich gel combined with MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 78 patients with diabetic foot, admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology between January 2018 and February 2020 were enrolled and divided into study group (n = 39) and control group (n = 39) based on different treatments they received. Patients in study group were treated with autologous platelet-rich gel plus MEBO, whereas patients in control group were treated with autologous platelet-rich gel alone. Clinical efficacy and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results After one month of treatment, 9 cases were cured, 17 cases showed markedly effective, 10 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective in study group, which was obviously better than control group (Z = - 2.534，P = 0.011)- 4 cases cured, 10 cases markedly effective, 20cases effective and 5 cases ineffective. The wound healing time in study group was (35.52±5.31)days, being much shorter than(46.34±6.84)(t = 7.803，P＜0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot, the combined application of autologous platelet-rich gel and MEBO can significantly shorten wound healing time and improve clinical efficacy, presenting much high value for clinical application. |
