| 【摘要】 给予 2020 年 10 月巫溪县渝溪医院收治的1例足部毁损伤患者清创、骨折复位内固定、肌腱吻合、反取皮移植、负压封闭引流以及创疡再生医疗技术 (MEBT/MEBO)联合治疗, 治疗 199 d 后, 创面基本愈合, 愈后皮肤无明显瘢痕增生。 |

| 【Abstract】 A patient with smashed wound on foot, admitted to Yuxi Hospital of Wuxi County in October 2020, was treated with a series of procedures including debridement, fracture reduction and internal fixation, tendon anastomosis, reverse skin grafting, vacuum sealing drainage and the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers ( MEBT/ MEBO). After 199 days of treatment, the wound was basically healed and no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed on the healed skin. |
