| 【摘要】 目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗骶尾部藏毛窦术后创面的临床疗效? 方法 选取 2020 年 1 月至 2022 年 4 月铜陵市人民医院收治的 30 例拟行藏毛窦切除术治疗的骶尾部藏毛窦患者作为研究对象, 按照随机数表法 将其随机分为观察组 (15 例) 和对照组 (15 例), 观察组患者藏毛窦切除术后创面采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗, 对照组患者藏毛窦切除术后创面采用医用凡士林敷料换药治疗, 对比观察两组患者术后创面疼痛及渗液情况? 创 面愈合时间? 住院时间以及愈后皮肤瘢痕增生情况。结果 术后第7、14天，观察组患者术后创面疼痛评分、创面渗液评分均优于对照组（术后第7天：Z=-2.189、-2.656，P=0.029、0.008；术后第14天：Z=-2.421、-2.423，P=0.015、0.015）；观察组患者创面愈合时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组 （t=5.911、3.348，P＜0.001、P=0.002）；术后 3 个月, 观察组患者温哥华瘢痕量表 (VSS) 评分中色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度及总分均明显低于对照组 （Z=-2.122、-2.098、-2.524、-2.175、-2.521，P=0.034、0.036、0.012、0.030、0.012）。结论 湿润烧伤膏治疗骶尾部藏毛窦术后创面, 可有效减轻术后创面疼痛, 缩短创面愈合时间及住院时间, 减轻瘢痕增生程度, 疗效显著。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating postoperative wounds of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus. Methods 30 patients with sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus, admitted into Tongling People’s Hospital between January 2020 and April 2022 for the resection of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus, were enrolled as research subjects, and divided into study group (n = 15) and control group (n = 15) using the random number table. The wounds of patients in study group were treated with dressing change of MEBO after the resection, while the wounds of patients in control group were treated with dressing change of medical Vaseline dressing after the resection. The wound pain, exudates, healing time, length of stay and scar hyperplasia of healed skin were observed and compared between the two groups. Results On day 7 and 14 after operation, the wound pain and exudate scores of patients were obviously lower in study group compared with control group (Day 7 after operation: Z=-2.189 and -2.656，P=0.029 and 0.008；Day 14 after operation:Z=-2.421 and -2.423，P=0.015 and 0.015）.The wound healing time and length of stay of patients in study group were markedly shorter than control group （t=5.911 and 3.348，P＜0.001，P=0.002）.On month 3 after operation, the scores of skin color, thickness, distribution of vessels and softness, and the total scores of patients measured by Vancouver scar scale (VSS) in study group were all significantly lower compared with control group （Z=-2.122、-2.098、-2.524、-2.175、-2.521，P=0.034、0.036、0.012、0.030、0.012）.Conclusion In the treatment of postoperative wounds of sacrococcygeal pilonidal sinus, MEBO can effectively relieve wound pain, shorten wound healing time and length of stay, and lessen scar hyperplasia, and the clinical efficacy is definite. |
