          【摘要】 目的 探讨多技术联合治疗Wagner 3~5 级糖尿病足的临床效果。方法 给予2018年7月至 2021年7月韶关市第一人民医院收治的 72 例糖尿病足患者在全身综合治疗的基础上联合应用创疡再生医疗技术 (MEBT/ MEBO)、负压封闭引流、微粒皮种植等技术治疗局部创面, 观察治疗效果。结果 72 例患者中除7例(9.72%)患者保足治疗失败行踝关节以上截肢手术外, 其余 65 例患者均顺利完成保足治疗, 创面完全愈合。结论 MEBT/MEBO、负压封闭引流、微粒皮种植等多技术联合能够有效促进 Wagner 3~5 级糖尿病足创面愈合, 提高治愈率, 降低截肢率, 最大限度保留患足功能。

          【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of multi?technique combination in the treatment of diabetic foot of Wagner Grade Ⅲ-Ⅴ.Methods 72 patients with diabetic foot, admitted to Shaoguan First People’s Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021, were given the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers ( MEBT/ MEBO), vacuum sealing drainage and microskin grafting to manage the local wounds on the basis of systemic comprehensive treat- ment, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results Of the 72 patients, except 7 patients (9.55)who underwent amputation above the ankle joint due to treatment failure, the left 65 patients all successfully saved the foot and the wounds were healed completely. Conclusion The combined application of MEBT/ MEBO, vacuum sealing drainage, and microskin grafting can promote the wound healing of patients with diabetic foot of Wagner Grade Ⅲ-Ⅴ, improve cure rate, reduce amputation rate, and maximally save the functions of the affected foot.
