【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of targeted functional exercise in postoperative rehabilitation of exercise?induced knee joint injury. Methods 126 patients with exercise?induced knee injury, admitted to The Seventh People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2019 to June 2020, were enrolled as research subjects, and divided into study group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63) using the random number table. Patients in control group were given routine rehabilitation exercise after surgery, whereas patients in study group, besides the routine rehabilitation exercise, were given targeted functional exercise. The pain degree, recovery of knee function and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of intervention, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of patients was (2.12 ± 0.53) points in study group, much lower than (3.62 ± 0.59) points in control group ( t = 15.012, P < 0.001). Thehospital for special surgery (HSS) score and Lysholm score of patients were (78.12 ± 4.45) points and (84.32 ± 5.43) points respectively in study group, which were obviously higher than the corresponding (70.26 ± 4.34) points and (70.24 ±5.37) points in control group ( t = 10.037 and 14.634, both P < 0.001). The total effective rate in study group was 96.83% , much higher than 87.30% in control group (χ 2 = 3.910, P = 0.048). Conclusion Targeted functional exercise
can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients with exercise?induced knee injury, improve their knee joint functions, and realize good therapeutic effect, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
