| 【摘要】 目的 探讨益气和胃胶囊在胃阴亏虚型胃溃疡治疗中的临床疗效。方法 选取 2018 年 9 月至 2020 年 8 月郑州阳城医院收治的 126 例胃阴亏虚型胃溃疡患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组 (63 例) 和对照组 (63 例)，对照组患者采用奥美拉唑肠溶片联合替普瑞酮胶囊治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合应用益气和胃胶囊，对比观察两组患者中医证候积分、胃肠激素水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗 6 周后，观察组患者中医证候积分及胃动素 (MTL)、胃泌素 (GAS) 水平均明显低于对照组 (t = 11.842? 34.438? 10.932，P 均 < 0.001)，生长抑素 ( SST) 水平明显高于对照组 ( t = 12.196，P < 0.001); 观察组患者中显效 33 例、有效 26 例、无效 4 例，明显优于对照组患者的显效 24 例、有效 27 例、无效 12 例 (Z = - 2.063，P = 0.039)? 治疗期间，观察组患者不良反应发生率为 6.35% ，与对照组患者的不良反应发生率 9.52% 无明显差异 (χ 2 = 0.435，P = 0.510)。结论 在奥美拉唑与替普瑞酮联合治疗的基础上加用益气和胃胶囊，可有效改善胃阴亏虚型胃溃疡患者胃肠激素水平，促进溃疡愈合，缓解临床症状，且安全性较高。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of Yiqi Hewei Capsule in the treatment of gastric ulcer of stomach Yin deficiency type. Methods 126 patients with gastric ulcer of stomach Yin deficiency type, admitted into Zhengzhou Yangcheng Hospital between September 2018 and August 2020, were enrolled as research subjects, and then divided into study group (n = 63) and control group (n = 63) using the random number table. Patients in control group were treated with Omeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets plus Teprenone Capsule, while patients in study group were also given Yiqi Hewei Capsule besides the two medicines used in control group. TCM syndrome scores, levels of gastrointestinal hormones, clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, and levels of motilin (MTL) and gastrin (GAS) of patients in study group were all markedly lower compared with control group (t = 11.842, 34.438 and 10.932, all P < 0.001), the level of somatostatin (SST) was obviously higher than control group ( t = 12.196, P < 0.001). The clinical efficacy was assessed as markedly effective in 33 cases, effective in 26 cases and ineffective in 4 cases, which was obviously superior to that in control group -markedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 27 cases and ineffective in 12 cases (Z = - 2.063, P = 0.039).During the course of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions of patients was 6.35% in study group, which showed no significant difference as compared with 9.52% in control group (χ 2 = 0.435, P = 0.510). Conclusion The application of Yiqi Hewei Capsule, on the basis of the combined application of Omeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets and Teprenone Capsule, can effectively improve the levels of gastrointestinal hormones of patients with gastric ulcer of stomach Yin deficiency type, promote ulcer healing and ameliorate clinical symptoms. Moreover, it is safe to use. |
