| 【摘要】目的探讨分析湿润烧伤膏联合回旋灸治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月宜昌市第一人民医院收治的70例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例),观察组患者采用湿润烧伤膏联合回旋灸治疗,对照组患者单纯采用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对比观察两组患者炎症因子水平、临床疗效、满意度以及创面愈合时间。结果治疗第3、7、14天,观察组患者白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8水平均明显低于对照组(IL-6:t=3.356、5.513、6.150,P=0.001、P<0.001、P<0.001;IL-8:t=2.366、6.511、8.957,P=0.021、P<0.001、P<0.001);治疗第7、14天,观察组患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均明显低于对照组(t=7.107、5.739,P均<0.001)。治疗60d后,观察组患者中治愈23例、有效9例、无效3例,明显优于对照组患者的治愈12例、有效13例、无效10例(Z=-2.798,P=0.005);观察组患者中满意20例、较为满意14例、不满意1例,明显优于对照组患者的满意12例、较为满意16例、不满意7例(Z=-2.342,P=0.019)。观察组患者创面愈合时间为(51.14±12.10)d,明显短于对照组患者的创面愈合时间(83.22±16.05)d(t=9.442,P<0.001)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合回旋灸治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮,可有效降低机体炎症反应程度、缩短创面愈合时间,疗效显著,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with circling moxibustion in the treatment of stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ pressure ulcer. Methods 70 patients with stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ pressure ulcer, admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Yichang from January 2019 to January 2021, were enrolled as research subjects and divided, using the random number table, into observation group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). Patients in observation group were treated with MEBO in combination with circling moxibustion, whereas patients in control group were treated with MEBO alone.The levels of inflammatory factors, clinical efficacy, patients’ satisfaction and wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results On day 3, 7 and 14 of treatment, the levels of interleukin (IL) -6 and IL-8 of patients were all significantly lower in observation group compared with control group (IL-6: t = 3.356, 5.513 and 6.150, P = 0.001, P <0.001, P < 0.001, IL-8: t = 2.366, 6.511 and 8.957, P = 0.021, P < 0.001, P < 0.001); on day 7 and 14 of treatment, the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) of patients were significantly lower in the observation group compared with control group (t = 7.107 and 5.739, both P < 0.001). After 60 days of treatment, 23 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective in observation group, being much better than control group (Z = - 2.798,P = 0.005) - 12 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective. In observation group, 20 patients were satisfied with the treatment, 14 patients were relatively satisfied and 1 patient was dissatisfied, which was significantly superior to control group (Z = - 2.342, P = 0.019) - 12 patients were satisfied, 16 patients were relatively satisfied and 7 patients were dissatisfied. The wound healing time of the patients was (51.14 ± 12.10) days in observation group, being significantly shorter than (83.22 ± 16.05) days in control group ( t = 9.442, P < 0.001). Conclusion MEBO combined with circling moxibustion can effectively reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction and shorten the wound healing time of patients with stage Ⅲ - Ⅳ pressure ulcer, realize definite curative effect and receive high patients’ satisfaction, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice. |
